Shipping Policy

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.  Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and timelines. Scribbie will assist customers in resolving lost or damaged shipments whenever possible.

Production Time

All Scribbie products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on order volume.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after production:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.  During product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, production times may be longer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking once shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of shipment. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
