Scribbie is built around intentional design.

Each piece is created on demand, made specifically for your order rather than produced in bulk. This approach allows us to focus on thoughtful drops, responsible production, and consistent quality while reducing unnecessary waste and avoiding excess inventory.

Because of this model, our return policy is structured differently than traditional retail.

When Something Isn’t Right

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund.

Our goal is simple: every Scribbie order should arrive exactly as intended.

Sizing & Fit

Because every Scribbie item is made to order, we do not offer returns for sizing preferences.

To help ensure the right fit, we recommend reviewing size charts carefully before placing your order.

At our discretion, we may offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • A new order will be placed for the replacement size

This process allows us to maintain production integrity while keeping our drop model focused and efficient.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out within 14 days of shipment.  We will work with you to review the shipment with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

Order Changes

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they enter fulfillment.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after checkout and we will do our best to help.
